Day 11 - Dinner. Apps.

Amazing ... Spag, capers, anchovies and cheese ... H has spag with cheese. Both are absolutely phenomenal. They said they cooked the pasta for 17 minutes to maintain "a good consistency" ... Wow. And it was still al dente. Amazing.
