Exploring - area around Spanish Steps

The back streets around the steps are amazing! Exactly what I was pictured Roma to be like!! But - it'll be nice to get out of the city and into relaxation mode once we get to Tuscany, it's so crazy busy here!
Not that anything is 'quick' - you order a drink and you're lucky to get it in less than 15 minutes ... And go ahead and ask for the bill once your appetizers show up, because you'll still be waiting for it after you're done desert.

Loving Rome - the architecture (old and new), the people, the scooters, the ancient Roman buildings, beautiful apartments ... But ... Where's the grass and trees? ... Other than Villa Borghese, I don't see much/any greenery ...
