Day 7 - amazing meal and ridiculously amazing wine

I'm having tagliatelli with a meat sauce and H is having a mushroom lazagnetti ... Both are ... Well ... No words, honestly. Melts away into your tastebuds. Incredible.

We went to order our 3rd glass of wine - they have a lot of wine ... It's a vineyard.

We had the 'famous' reserva (someone pls check the price at the LCBO - Vignamaggio Monna Lisa Reserva 2007).

We had the 'obsession' - a blend from '07.

Our waiter - the manager - suggested we try ... The '07 Cabernet Franc. Other variatels - they make 240,000 bottles a year ... The Cab Franc (a pure cab franc) they made 4,000. He offered us two glasses because he could see we enjoyed the wine. Each bottle is about 50 euros - so god knows how much in the LCBO. If they even get it.

It's currently aerating - will let you know how amazing it is shortly.
